I love this layout and want to play around with it, but time is very short so I whipped up a quick card for my husband for St Valentine's day. He is a very special man, easy to please, and I know he will love anything I make for him. I think the stamps were a freebie in a magazine.

A dear friend in Naples is turning 70 on 23rd March and we're off to Italy for the party. I made a card to give to him.

I've been a bit slack with my posts lately so here are some cards I've made in the last few weeks for OSA layout challenges.

It's been a while since I posted a card, but here's my take on Clean & Simple challenge 122. I tried taking a photo because a scan would have flattened the flower.

Haven't posted for ages because I've been busy with all the usual family and Christmas stuff.  For the latest C & S layout I decided to go for bling.

Stamp is by Papertrey Inc, paper is Papermania.


I made quite a few Christmas cards.  I'll just post a few. This first was very quick and I made lots of them the same or very similar. Stamps are all Hero Arts.

The next was made using the Silhouette. I looks better in the "flesh"!

One of my granddaughters turns five next week so I used the Silhouette to make her a card. She loves butterflies and sparkles.

I feel my attempt at Clean & Simple layout 119 needs a little something to finish it off and brighten it up, but I'm not sure what. Maybe some glitter would help. I'll keep thinking about it, but meanwhile here it is.

The paper is from DCWV. I've had it for ages and hadn't got around to using it.

I haven't got around to making Christmas cards yet, but the Clean & Simple challenge has inspired me to at least make a start.

 

The sentiment stamp is by Stamp-It but I'm embarrassed to admit I don't know where I got the pine branch.
